1. Information We Collect

We collect information strictly necessary to authenticate your account, fulfill your subscription, stream requested media, and prevent fraud.

• Account Credentials: Mobile phone number collected for SMS OTP verification, and optional name or email address.
• Payment & Transaction Data: Transaction ID, plan purchased, payment timestamp, and order status provided by authorized payment partners (Cashfree, Google Play Billing). We never store your credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
• Playback & Device Diagnostics: Device model, operating system version, browser user agent, IP address, streaming bitrates, and watch progress to enable cross-device session resume.

3. Google Play Store Data Disclosure

For users of our Android application distributed via the Google Play Store:

• Our Android application does not access your sensitive device permissions (contacts, microphone, camera, or SMS inbox).
• Authentication is facilitated by server-side SMS dispatch or Firebase SDK without reading other SMS on your device.
• In-app subscriptions on Android are processed through the Google Play In-App Billing subsystem complying with Google Play Developer Program policies.

4. Data Retention & User Rights (Account Deletion)

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Google Play Store account deletion requirements:

• Right to Access & Rectify: You may view or update your profile details under your Account settings.
• Account & Data Deletion: You can request complete erasure of your account, watch history, and personal data by emailing futuregrow007@gmail.com with subject “Account Deletion Request”. Requests are processed within 7 business days.
